I first wiped down the bows that hold the headliner up with grease and wax remover. in 2005, they were painted Hammered Silver to hide the decades of flaws. I might should have taken the time to sand blast to metal first as the gloss black shows the flaws even more. However, it’s race car good enough.

The plan is for the cage to be painted hammered Black tomorrow and the headliner glued up on Tuesday
