I just had A&A rebuild my 727, and they didn't like that I had a Helicoil in one hole and put a new tail shaft on.
Frankly, I had no issues with the Helicoil and feel the tail shaft is just fine. If you need a tail shaft, this one is $30 and another $30 if I have to ship.
