You will see the Option Clubs in the NavBar. They're pretty much the equivalent of Groups on Fascistbook.
I created a few to get the ball rolling. If a club is public, then it is viewable and anyone can join. You can also have Private Clubs which would be hidden and membership by invitation only.
These are for off-topic discussions that a smaller group of members may be interested in.
