I just ordered this today. Basically, you mount the circuit board and the Ignition box in a convenient, but out of the way place. All of the labeled wiring goes to the circuit board a control switch panel plugs into the board. Matt Wright (Doug's Crew Chief) looked over my car and says the wiring under the dash and to the switch box is a rat's nest nightmare. He says that whoever had set it up took a short cut installing my Painless switchbox by cutting the new wires and splicing into the original, instead running new wire all of the way to the accessories.
Doug has this in at least his Barracuda and Matt suggested it for the Wagon. It's most likely an overkill since I don't have a transbrake, alternator or datalogger.
Anyway, it's one of the many upgrades to the wagon this winter.
